Report: Biden Administration Considers Restarting Trump's Wall Construction to Fill in 'Gaps'

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said the White House is considering restarting border wall construction in order to fill in "gaps" that have become apparent during the immigration crisis.
